Ms. Troxell began her civic service through committee work in organized Real Estate. Nancy's networking and leadership ability led her to her serve as Governmental Affairs Chair of her trade association of over 13,000 members as well as key leadership positions for her State Association, The California Association of Realtors (over 175,000 members). She has served on the Board of Directors of the California Association of Realtors for the past 8 years. Nancy served as CAR’s Vice Chair for the Legislative Committee in 2005 and 2006 Chair of the Housing Opportunity Committee.
